Magento upgrade 2.2.6.to 2.4.4

We require a Magento expert to upgrade our current Magento Shop from 2.2.6 to 2.4.4. and ensure current plugins are woking (not many) Obviously we want a full backup of the site and DB before the upgrade then ensure all current plugins are working (assuming they are compatible with 2.4.4)
