Magento 2 technical support

We are a company located in Barcelona with digital marketing, tech and communication services to our customer located in south Europe. We're looking for people that know technical features of Magento 2.

Furthermore, we are beginning a Magento 2 project, and I am looking for a specialist to install Magento 2 in a develop and production environment.
It's about ecommerce with 3000 references, to be applied in 2 countries and languages on specific sector in Spain and Portugal.

There are 4 kinds of task asked in the project:

- First: To Install Magento 2 in the dev server, from zero to the environment where our Magento specialist are able to configure its functionality.
I don't know hours volume it needs. Answer it and prices.

-Second: Be able to answer some questions about technical issues o challenges. I propose a forfeit of about 10 hours. Answer prices and I'll contract one for one.

-Third: To Implement technical challenge there was identified in previous phases. Every implement has a previous budget and acceptance.

- Fourth: to install platform in production server. Transfer project from dev to real and help to resolve any issue in this final operations.
