Magento 2.4 special prices issue

Hi,
I have a strange case with special prices. Some products do not have a special price, only the normal price. You have to resave the product to get it out and after a while only the normal price comes out again.
For other products the promo price is shown as normal price.
It has been re-indexed several times and is not fixed.
There is no date for the promo price start from or to.
