Magento 1.9.4.5 403 random error on website

I have my site which is running on magento 1.9.4.5 I am facing an issue of getting 403 error on random urls and I have checked ths folder and file permission everything is perfect as per standard requiement. I want thos to be debudgged and solved on top pirority bassis as it is an live site and am loosing my customer every minute due to this bug.
