Magento 2.4 plugin error
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
One of our merchants is experiencing issues with Billplz for Magento 2.4 plugins that are provided through our GitHub repository (https://github.com/Billplz/Billplz-for-Magento-2.4). The merchant did demonstrate the issue faced with us by video call. The issue happened after the checkout process where the exception has been thrown in the page that should create a bill.
As a result, the buyer is not able to proceed with the payment as there are no bills created. For your information, the exception was raised on this line index.php file at Line 95: https://github.com/Billplz/Billplz-for-Magento-2.4/blob/675b70b30a2dcb7b95ef25a0eacd42ab3907d291/Controller/Checkout/Index.php#L95.
From our internal checking, we guess that getLastRealOrderId() that been defined in https://github.com/Billplz/Billplz-for-Magento-2.4/blob/675b70b30a2dcb7b95ef25a0eacd42ab3907d291/Controller/Checkout/AbstractAction.php#L96 has returned null but we are unable to replicate the situation on our local installation.
Since we are unable to troubleshoot further, your expertise on this matter will be highly appreciated.
