Magento 2 multistore (3) setup with extensions and theme

I need my clean Magento 2(.4) install extended with these features:
- theme (owned from Envato)
- locales for Dutch and German language (frontend)
- locale for Dutch (backend)
- extensions: Mollie, Drip, Yuki
- extensions for product bundles and cart rules

It's a multistore basically for 3 countries (Netherlands, Belgium and Germany) and 2 languages (Dutch & German)

After that, part two of the job is:
- export / import products + categories from existing Magento1 store, including URLs / routing.
- maybe some redirects, or - even better - an extension for that. ( wildcard redirects for category etc )

Also I'dd like to know how long it takes to do the job(s)

I'll hand over server logins for developing, including CLI access.
