Magento migration

Hi there, I need to migrate my two Magentos (one is 1.8 and the other one is 1.9) to the latest version of community Magento 2.? I want to migrate all orders, customers, products, categories and the most important is to keep the url structure to not loose position on search engines. My budget is maximum USD 350 for each complete migration, we'll started by one and after We got the first magento successfully migrated we continue to the next one. Please le me know if you can do this and if the price works for you.
