4 Magento jobs

We have a Magento 2 webshop. For this shop i need to have the following 4 jobs done:

(a) We use a search tool (Sooqr). It is currently negatively impacting the CoreWebVitals. Sooqr support has provided a fix which needs to be implemented (explanation attached).

(b) Install the Amasty Follow-Up email extension.

(c) Add incl VAT label to prices
I want to make it more clear that our prices are incl VAT. So this should be added behind the prices. I think we can use the same font color as the price. Possibly the font size needs to be a bit smaller as the price itself.

(d) Create new language storeviews (16)
- Create the new storeview (we already have several languages active)
- Make sure the language pack works
- Make sure the base url and storeswitcher works

We will do all the configuration ourselves (categories / translations / sitemap's etc. etc.
