Magento freelancer additional support

I am looking for a Magento freelancer to provide additional support for my website projects. The main focus of the job will be on customization. it is to take pressure of exisiting magento developer. mostly it will be front end development. so knowledge of pwa would be useful.

currently we are using MageMonkeys but they are not very responsive often 24 hours to answer requests. and understanding the project is difficult.

you must have an understanding of English to the highest degree so that you can make good decisions.

we have as many as 5 projects on the go at one time. this could be a long term position for the right person

Tasks:
- Customizing the design and layout of the website
- Implementing new features and functionality
- Troubleshooting any issues that may arise

Design:
- I have a design and wireframe ready for customization

Timeframe:
- The timeframe for the project is flexible

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong experience with Magento
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and PHP
- Knowledge of ecommerce best practices
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
