Magento 2 existing website changes

Have a website at http://77.68.87.164/ which is showing an error . Need this corrected and the attached list of points actioned. You MUST be able to correct the error message within 48 hours of project being assigned and continue with the list.
The previous developer said it was a hosting server issue but the error is still present on new hosting company.
