Magento developer for 2 webshops

I'm searching for a certified Magento developer to help me out on the development of 2 different Magento 2 webshops. There are a few things that are needed to be updated. The changes are both frontend and backend so it's a big plus if you have experience with both. In your application, please show that you are comfortable with both.
Some of the points that are needed to be changed:
- Update Magento 2 to it's latest version
- Update theme
- Install additional modules
- Setup Elastic Search on server
- Commit your work in Github
