Magento 1.7 to 2.3.4 database migration error fix

Hi, I have completed migration myself using online tools but some tables like invoices, orders won't migrate. I have also tried Magento tool its shows a duplicate id error. my budget is low. I think 40 USD is enough for this job and I don't create any milestones. check my profile if you have any concerns.
