Magento 2 - custom extension to update combined product pricing per brand

I need a simple magento 2 script to calculate some attribute values & i need a price on this.

We need to update / store the following data in the DB

Roca_code (Ignore starting A from code)
Roca_RRP (price)

Once this data is imported, I want to be able to run a script that will

Lookup:
Manufacturer Part Number: 327478000+337472000 in product data
Then Calculate the combined price for these examples into attribute: Combined_Roca_RRP

I then want the option to apply the updated price to the product SKU of that matching manufacturer part number.
With the option of adding a % to the Combined_Roca_RRP attribute price.


each product has this attribute:
which has Roca SKU + Roca SKU + Roca SKU in this example

So we need to store Roca _Code & Roca_RRP price (in DB) that we can import this code & price into
then it can look up at those codes and price to the SKU reference ( SKU + SKU ) calculate them and update the Roca_Combined_RRP

example: 327478000+337472000 it would be: £84.29+£68.06 = £152.35

This one will be for just Roca manufacturer brand products
