Magento 2 Deadlock issue

We are facing "Deadlock" issue on our Magento 2. its appear only in cart.
It is clearly Mysql issue on Magento, no traces of other. Its same after AWS WAF disabled. Server is on nginx + php-fpm.
I need some one, who can help us with solving this issue. I will provide more detailed Deadlock report in private.
