Magento auto select option based in category and modal pop up with product options

I have this magento 2 website and I have the extension Advanced Product Options to deal with the diferent options of the products. Let´s say I have this product that is shown in diferent categories. For example:
The product "Painting Sunshine" is related with diferent categories: "Canvas", "Poster" and "Framed poster".
The first select option of the product has exactly those options "Canvas", "Poster" and "Framed poster" (for example)
1) What I need is to auto select option based in category. Also the category should show the image related with this option (https://product-options-m2-ext.mageworx.com/index.php/products-with-custom-options.html)

2) Also I want to have a modal pop up everytime we click in select option so that the options can be shown with images in a modal pop up , so that users can select the option in a more visual way.
3) Related with the previous point create a modal pop for sizes options of the product where it´s possible to see the image related with the sizes of the ratio of the wall arts we sell - for example something automatic based in atributtes, and image options for more visual user interface - See attached image.
