Magento 2: attach Invoice PDF to Shipping Mail

I run a Magento 2 Shop (2.4.5, not live) and want to send the Invoice PDF with the shipment tracking mail. So an extension is needed to accomplish this task. A backend UIis not necessary.

My expectations: Experience in programming Magento 2 extensions.
