Magento 1: ‘’my account’’ link disappeared in the header! Please enable it again

I am looking for a freelancer who is able to help me with a Magento 1 task.
For some reason, ‘’my account’’ option / link disappeared in the header on the develop server (see attachment: 1.jpg).
Could you please make it the same as on the live server (also in responsive mode it should be the same)? (see attachment: 2.jpg).
I have included both pictures of the live server and the develop server, for your reference.
My maximum budget for this task is €30.
