Magento & Woocommerce Platforms

Hi, I have a new Woocommerce store and an existing Magento store. I need both populated/updated with CSV files we receive from our suppliers with product info, images etc, and also stock quantities. I know there is a way on both platforms where you can upload these files and products are listed and a way to upload stock quantity files on a daily basis. There is also FTP feeds available, but unsure if these can be integrated into these websites.

I'm looking for a few of the supplier feeds/files to be set up on both sites and to be shown how to update the stock quantities.
