Magento to Woocommerce Data Migration

I need someone to migrate all my product data from Magento to Woocommerce, including customer data and passwords. The new Woocommerce site should have a fresh, new design and not replicate the current Magento site.
It would be great if you have experience with both Magento and Woocommerce.

Key responsibilities include:
