Magento + Weltpixel upgrade to latest version + cleanup and optimization

I have a Magento webshop that needs upgrading, including the Weltpixel Pearl Theme:
Magento ver. 2.3.4 upgrade to latest stable release
Weltpixel 1.9.2 upgrade to 1.11.1
Pearl Theme 101.9.2 upgrade to 101.11.1
Mageplaza One-Step-Checkout 2.8.1 to latest
Few other updates like payment provider (Mollie) and shipping (PostNL)
Need to have prior experience with both Magento and Weltpixel. After upgrading I want some cleanup of unused features and speed optimization.
