Magento Website Upgrade & B2B Integration

I am looking to upgrade and refresh my existing Magento-based website. www.coolcandles.com.au
Currently, it's a B2C platform, and I want to implement B2B pricing at two levels: Wholesale and Distributor.
Key Requirements:
- Transition the site from purely B2C to a B2B inclusive platform.
- Set up two tiers of B2B pricing: one for Wholesale and the other for Distributor.
- Incorporate a 'Minimum Order Quantity' functionality into the platform.
