Magento Website Support Needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We have a Magento shop with an ERP integration that needs a couple of issues resolved.
1. Our product, gray squeegee, is visible on the website however, customers cannot add this item to their cart or checkout. The quantity is shown as having 506 in stock. However, the salable quantity is listed as 0. When I adjust this in the tab, I cannot do so. I think this is related to the salable quantity but I’m not certain.
2. Vendor [Name] is not able to download invoices. They have tried smaller batches not working need help to resolve this as well.
