Magento 2 Website Speed Optimization and few minor changes
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have two e commerce websites (single magento installation) with two stores. Both the stores are identical with only difference being the products.
Requirements :
1. Speed Optimization :
Basic speed optimization has been done with Google Page speed of 75-80 on desktop . The performance for mobile is about 15 or so.
(a). Need to improve the mobile score to atleast 50 by improving on TBT, LCP and FCP by removing render blocking resources , reducing unused CSS , reducing unused Javascript and minifying Javascript.
(b) The cart page and checkout is slow and need substantial improvement of the same. (true for both mobile and desktop)
(c) On Mobile , response time after clicking on menu is high.
2. The website has been integrated with Unicommerce (www.unicommerce.com) which is being used for Order Processing and Inventory Management. The integration is working. There is only an issue with passing of COD charges and Gift Wrap Charges as per the parameter required by Unicommerce. This is just two parameters being passed on to API.
