Magento 2 Upgrade & Optimization

I'm looking for a professional Magento 2 developer to upgrade my site and improve performance.
Key Tasks:
- Set up cron jobs in M2 admin panel and Cloudways; currently not running properly.
- Remove several unused extensions.
- Upgrade Magento from 2.4.7 p2 to 2.4.8.
- Upgrade PHP from 8.2 to 8.3 (1-click in Cloudways).
- Upgrade Elasticsearch from 7.17 to 8.11 (1-click in Cloudways).
- Check and fix slow PHP pages.
- Check and fix slow MySQL queries.
- Category page sorting: move "out of stock" items to the back of the list.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven Magento 2 development experience.
- Familiarity with Cloudways and server management.
- Strong knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
- Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues.
