Magento 1.9 to 2.4 Upgrade & Migration

I'm looking for a professional Magento developer with extensive experience in data migration and theme implementation to assist in my upgrade from Magento 1.9 to 2.4.
Key Tasks:
- Migrate all product data (around 8000 products), customer data, and order history from the old system to the new one.
- Implement a new theme in the upgraded platform.
Please note, there won't be any need to transfer custom extensions or modules, nor will there be a requirement to migrate the current theme.
