Magento Update and adjustments

Hello,
This project is mainly to update Magento 2.2.7 website to newest stable versions 2.4.2. And update PHP version.
As well, some little adjustments has to be done in checkout process.
Now the website gives two ways to check out, either traditional checkout process ( BUY NOW ) OR ( Send Quote Request )
The ( Send Quote Request ) is a custom functionality that I have in my website that that I want to keep as it is and make it the only way to checkout, here is the video I explain all the functionality and exact adjustments:

There are a couple of basic modules to maintain in the new updated website.
