Magento2 : Two tasks

Hello, I'm looking for someone who can help me with my Magento2 project. I have some basic experience with Magento2 and I'm looking to get two tasks completed. I will need these tasks completed within 2 days.
Tasks
1. Set minimum order value by group - found https://www.mageants.com/minimum-order-amount-for-customer-group-extension-for-magento-2.html but if you can build it cheaper then so much the better :)
2. Default to add customer in Group Wholesale (ID 2)
Email to be sent to Site Admin when someone completes the Wholesale Account Customer Registration Form - to include Contact Name and Email Address
$100 maximum spend on these two tasks in total. Do not bid above that your bid will be deleted. All information is included in the task description so bid accurately and not "place holder". There will be no further price negotiation what you bid is what I'll pay.
