Magento 1.9 Stripe SCA Authentication

I have Magento 1.9 with Intenso theme. I have tried two different Stripe plug ins but they are not working properly with our Onepage checkout.
We need the plug in to work with Stripe as some payments are being rejected and the webhook times out. I have attached screenshot.
So we need a developer who can fix this issue by making changes to the Onepage checkout and the Stripe plug in.
