Magento Store Migration to Version 2.4.7

I'm seeking an experienced Magento developer to migrate my existing Magento 2.4.5 store to a fresh Magento 2.4.7 installation. The current store has been continuously updated and added to since Magento 1.4, and I'm looking to start fresh while preserving data and functionality.

Current Setup:
Magento version: 2.4.5

Key plugins:
a) ShipStation Connect
b) Unify by Webgility (for QuickBooks sync)
c) Aheadworks Ask Questions on Product Page

Migration Requirements
Migrate the following elements from the existing 2.4.5 store to a new 2.4.7 installation:

Customers
Products
Sales (Orders, Invoices, Shipments, Credit Memos)
Product attributes
Product Categories and category structure
CMS pages and blocks
URL rewrites and redirects
Media files (product images, category images, CMS images)
Basic Store configuration
Tax rules and rates
Shipping methods and rates
Payment methods configuration
Customer groups and related settings
Price rule for free shipping
Inventory levels and settings
User roles and permissions

Theme Migration: If possible, migrate the current theme to the new installation
If theme migration is not feasible, assist in finding and implementing a similar theme for the new store

I need you to ensure compatibility of migrated data with Magento 2.4.7, and make sure it works in the new environment.
