Magento 1 to Squarespace Replatforming Project

The Project
We are looking for a front-end and backend development partner that can assist the business in decommissioning our current website and assist with the re-platforming process to another CMS platform (Squarespace). We want to complete this project within 60 days from start to finish.
Background
Vacspare is a Magento 1 website that retails a range of Vacuum Cleaner Spare Parts & Accessories to both the retail channel and wholesale channel. The website has been built on a Magento 1 CMS and has not been updated in some time. We would like to re-platform the website to a new CMS platform to reduce vulnerability, increase speed and flexibility and to clean up the current website offering.
The current website is transactional (you can order products via the website) and we have some pricing tiers setup. However, our new website would not be transactional and will have a “wishlist” functionality which will allow customers to add products to their “wishlist/cart” and then email one of our team members for a quote. We have already investigated using Squarespace as our CMS of choose with an additional CMS plugin.
From an API perspective, the new website will need to integrate with our current ERP system and sync inventory and price with the new Vacspare website. We have our own internal System Engineers and Developers that can assist with the connection. However, we will need your assistance in setting up the connection with Squarespace and our ERP.
Another consideration for the project is SEO. We would like to maintain the current website structure and content to ensure that we do not lose any SEO rank or links. If we need to remove a link a re-direct will be required. This is an important part of the project as the site has been live for many years, we have many backlinks and high traffic pages that we wish to retain.
We have a team at the business that can assist with digital assets and creative, however we will need your assistance to build the website out. Some content from our current website will be re-used, some will be removed and other will be re-created in a new style.
A theme will be used and modified for the website design which we will confirm prior to starting this project.
It is important that we download and save the customer data table for warranty purposes so we will need assistance with this part of the project.
Additional Landing Page
Our current Vacspare website has multiple store views, one of which is another customer facing non transactional website. This website will need to be replaced with a Squarespace landing page which will direct customers to Customer Service for support or Godfreys to purchase. We can design this page ourselves. However, we must be mindful of the data for this site and ensure we’re re-directing the pages we’ll be removing.

The scope for this project is as follows:
• Review current Vacspare website and document page structure, content and backend data required.
• Export product and CMS page data from current Vacspare website.
• Develop a strategy to decommission the website, save customer data and delete data from public servers.
• Implement a basic landing page for Vacspare until new site is ready to launch.
• Build out timelines, tasks, and requirements.
• Establish website design and style.
• Develop API connection to our current ERP systems for inventory and pricing sync.
• Implement cart/wishlist functionality for the email for quote functionality
• Recreate current pages and ensure the site is optimized for SEO (sitemaps, robots file, redirects & meta titles/descriptions)
• Test & deploy approved website.
