Magento Special Prices issue

Hi,
I have a strange case with special prices. Some products do not show a special price, only the normal price. You have to resave the product (or to flush the cache) to get it out and after a while only the normal price comes out again.
It has been re-indexed several times and is not fixed.
The special price start date is in the past and date to is empty.
I need someone to help me to resolve the issue.
Because of the server access limitation - you can work only with TeamViewer.
