[Magento] Solve performance problems

My website has loading issues, sometimes it doesn't show home or categories or when you get to checkout it gets in a loop and doesn't load until after updating several times.
The site has no plugins intervened by hand, all are intact, the main ones are:
- Magezon layout designer (header/static pages/product single)
- Swissup (checkout)
- Some others
I require someone knowledgeable to perform tests, analyze logs and troubleshoot.
