Magento 1.9 Site Updates

I have a website in Magento 1.9. I want someone who can maintain current website and develop new functionalities based on requirements. I expect 4 hours/day for 6 days a week. Please quote on a Monthly basis considering a long term engagement. The budget that I'm writing for this project is a monthly budget.
