Magento Site Server Migration

I'm in need of a professional to migrate my existing eCommerce site, which is on Magento – although I'm uncertain of the exact version – to a new server. I currently have access to where the site is hosted, but wasn't able to provide information on the current hosting provider.

Here's what I'm hoping to accomplish:
- Complete site migration without impacting current operations or data
- Preserving existing store configuration and settings
- Thorough testing to ensure everything runs smoothly on the new server

You will need to:
- Have extensive experience with Magento platform, including both Magento 1 and 2
- Possess strong problem-solving skills to deal with any unexpected migration issues
- Have broad experience in data migration projects
