I'm looking for a seasoned Magento expert to install and configure Magento, integrating it with my Amazon Store, Ebay Store, and Noon UAE. The set-up should facilitate order management and CMS functionality seamlessly. The shopping cart will utilize PayPal for checkout.

- The version of Magento is yet to be decided. Your expertise and recommendation on the most suitable version will be highly appreciated.
- A pre-built theme will be used for this project.
