Magento 2 REDIS / FPC Customer Session Issue

Our website has some strange redis customer login issue , if customer is logged in already and if we go to home page it shows Sign In .
Its clearly ignoring customer login session overr home page, we don't have any custom module or code for this its simple porto theme and couple of amasty extensions
