Magento / Port Theme Check Out debugging optimization

We are looking for an EXPERT in Magento ( we are currently running 2.4.6) and someone who also has experience in Porto Themes (Porto | Ultimate Responsive Magento Theme By p-themes) to analize our check out process, debug and make recommendations on how to improve the process and experience. We are a niche market distributor and get a decent amount of traffic but are sales are lagging. We want to make sure our check out system isn't the problem
