Magento 2 Optimization (Technical Optimization) for GTMetrix & Pagespeed improvements.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING

1. I am NOT looking for someone to Install an optimization extension
2. I am NOT looking for someone to optimize a few images
3. I am NOT looking for someone to minify JS / CSS
4. I am NOT looking for someone to configure Varnish / Redis / cloudflare

ALL of the ABOVE have already been done.

I am looking for someone who can rework the theme to reduce DOMS / JS / CSS.
Make sure that Varnish HIT's on every page.
Correctly implement pre-fetch / deferred JS .
Remove unused code.
There are also some quirks when loading with fonts resizing and product images resizing.


I would prefer to work with an individual rather than an agency
I am a project manager / ecommerce manager & have been in the industry for many years so I know exactly what needs to be done.

I want a short explanation on what you will focus on first to improve GTmetrix & Pagespeed scores.
