Magento 2 Optimization

I have a Magento 2 website that needs quite a bit of optimisation with the key points to hit being - Broken Links / Duplicate Title Tags / Duplicate Content Issues / Duplicate Meta Descriptions, I have attached a PDF report that outlines all the errors but some of these errors seem to come from how Magento works.
A lot of the errors I have picked seem to stem from the way MAGENTO indexes and creates pages on the website for example the DUPLICATE TITLE TAGS issue is there because Magento has created an individual page for a product then created another page for that same product that is accessible through a category page and now I have a duplicate of the product resulting in the website not being optimized.
Similarly, there are a lot of broken links issues which don't make sense, I have a attached a screenshot of the first errors I get but when I click the links they all work? Im not sure why it is doing this but it is also giving an error for an Image that should appear in the footer but seems to be lost or broken and as the footer appears on all the websites page it is counting this a lot of times.
For the DUPLICATE CONTENT ISSUES it is picking up different attributes for each product as a duplication, as my website works with a lot of varients for each product and the website seems to have created a page for each variant it is picking this up as an error, I'm not sure if this is how Magento works but it is affecting my websites optimization.
For the DUPLICATE META TAGS I just need to know how to fix this as it taking every page on the website and counting the META TAG as a duplicate?
