Magento 2 New Order Issues

I need help with my ecommerce website on Magento.
1. Not receiving emails for new orders.
2. New orders go into "Orders" section in Admin panel, how do we get them to go into "Invoices"?
3. The email confirmation for customers should be sent from a custom address.
