Magento 2 Multi Vendor Marketplace

We are seeking an entire site build for a multi vendor marketplace on Magento 2 platform. Graphic design mock-up will be provided, together with a list of MVP features, we are seeking to find a business partner we can work with to develop the site from scratch on a staging server and then through launch, with the ability to provide ongoing maintenance and support. We are seeking indicative quotes for entire project based on a sensible hourly rate.
