Magento Multi Stores

I need fresh last version magento installed in a CentOS 7 server.
Main domain will be used to manage multiple stores, so magneto need to be installed in a sub directory - main home page of this domain will be used to show a list of sub stores.
Need to have all arranged and explained (with a manual provided by freelancer) on how to add new sub stores with different domains (at least 2 sub stores need to be completed by the freelancer).
For example
Magento admin URL
floristsnow.com/magento/admin/
floristsnow.com need to be with no content so we can de upload later an html welcome page with list of our sub stores.
Each sub store will be related for a destination countries where we can deliver flowers, and each sub store will have own domain.
FlowersSpain.com
FlowersJamaica.com
FlowersPeru.com
