Magento Module/Script development

We are looking to have a module/or a scrip custom written for our Magento2.2 website. The script needs to have a user role charastic that will not allow the user to delete a product. Right now we have a user role that only give the user access to Catalog Resources so we can have virtual assistans add products. BVUT it is important that these users not be allow to delete anything
