Magento 2 Module Custom Order Attribute

This is a simple Magento 2 Module Development where I want a custom Order attribute with these requirements:
1. Admin user can choose 3 value options as dropdown: APPROVED, REJECT, DENIED in the order. Default value is null
2. This custom attribute will be added to api /rest/default/V1/orders direct under extension_attributes so we can use searchCriteria to filter by this new created attribute
You have to develop in your environment and send the files over for verification before payment release.
