Magento 1: Migrate css image zoom functionalities to my new template

I am looking for a freelancer who is able to help me with a Magento 1 task.
On my current website (www.artunlimited.com) there is a css zoom function for images on the homepage and other pages + product thumbnails (see: video 1).
I want this same functionality in my new template.
We will work on the develop server for this task.
My maximum budget for this task is €30.
