Magento 2 Matrixrates CSV File Correction

I have a Magento 2 site that uses matrixrates for shipping. I need someone to correct the CSV file we have so that our shipping rules are correctly imported. I will discuss more with anyone who already has experience of working with Shipper HQ Matrixrates extension.
