Magento Maestro Needed!

I've got a Magento project that requires a seasoned pro, and here's the scoop:
What I Need:
- Someone to handle theme customization for my Magento site.
- Expertise to advise whether a custom or pre-designed theme would best suit my needs.
- The main goal: revamp our website, improving user experience and functionality.
The first thing I would need is that I need to fix the site as it just got down because we updated WHMCS password. seems like DB password is updated so its not connected but will need an expert to analyze issue and then fix
This is the error we are getting:

1. 2 Magic slider on a home page: we need to remove one
2. The custom slide needs to change the URL because we are not getting the location
3. While the mouse hover over the category, the category was not highlighted
4. Sub Category needs to align in the perfect direction
5. The footer is a Minimum height
6. The copyright line must be 2024
7. The product needs to get live on the front end quickly.
8. Some products are not easily live
9. Elastic search has an issue with searchable items via SKU or even titles.

11. We need an About Us page.
12. We need to change the Font Style in the Privacy Policy.
13. We need to add the Contact Us detail on top.
