Magento 2 Re-Implementation Project

I'm migrating / re-building my magento 1 shop on magneto 2, following an enhanced UX/UI design for better user interaction. The project has a larger size for which I need some more support to complete the project in a rinseable time. The initial timeline looks like that I need support for the next 3- 6 month full time.
