Magento 2 - Image Import Issue - URGENT

I am currently trying to import images via CSV into Magento 2
We managed to get this to work before, however I am now getting the error:
1. Imported resource (image) could not be downloaded from external resource due to timeout or access permissions in row(s): 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11
This is either related to permissions, although again I have tried updating file permissions, chown / chmod etc.
I have also tried to move the folder to pub/media/import/images instead of var/import/images
This has also not worked.
I need experienced MAGENTO 2 Developer who can start right away and fix this for me.

You MUST have experience with CSV / Image import and the knowledge to correctly troubleshoot any issues.
