Magento 2 Fixes

I have a live Magento 2 website, needs the below updates:
1- To update the necessary to get the website compatible with SQL 8.0
2- Login for back-end admin and frontend customers to last for a month, and also the added items to cart to last for a month
3 - Allow sharing backend admin login , because currently if i login on another device, it is terminating the first device
4- if an item is out of stock, to be removed from all customers carts directly
